At the villa, assign bedrooms, agree any work or study routines and discuss how the group will use shared spaces. A little structure at the beginning prevents daily decisions from becoming negotiations.
Routine Becomes the Real Luxury
By the second week, Rawai begins to feel less like a destination and more like a neighbourhood. Returning to the same breakfast table or recognising the route to the beach may sound ordinary, yet that familiarity is what separates an extended stay from a compressed holiday.
A comfortable routine can include morning swims, remote work, exercise, children's activities, private meals and one or two larger excursions each week. The aim is not to create a strict timetable but to give everyone enough predictability to relax.
