Enquiries and proposals

Website information is general and does not itself create a booking. Availability, pricing, inclusions, deposits and any special conditions will be confirmed in a written proposal or booking agreement.

Bookings, changes and cancellations

A booking becomes binding only after written confirmation and receipt of the required payment. Payment schedules, security deposits, changes and cancellation terms are those stated in your accepted proposal or agreement.

Events and productions

Events and filming may require separate approvals, schedules, capacity limits, insurance, vendor arrangements and site rules. Guests, organisers and production companies remain responsible for their invitees, crew, equipment and compliance with applicable law.

Accuracy and liability

We aim to keep this website accurate, but amenities and third-party experiences may change. To the extent permitted by law, Kiri Anda is not responsible for indirect loss or for services supplied independently by third parties. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
